oooh-i got a reply on my savings question ,someone suggested an ISA with notice-i didnt know there was such a thing, sounds like a great idea though, cant open another isa until april but that gives me time to get the hang of this saving lark and look into that a bit!0

its great until you have to cut it every week in the summer but first you have to play hunt the dog poo in case you end up running over one and getting a not very pleasant shower!0
-
Oooo i didnt know that either. :j
Sounds like a good plan.
Can you open a different one each year then? And put £3,500 in the new one, and leave the £ in the old one to gain interest? If yes, that might be the way for me to go.

I'm pretty sure that correct Amy, just been reading up on it on the other board, you can only pay into one isa each year but i think you can leave the other one open to gain interest like you say. And its £3600 not £3500(ive learned something lol!!)0
