    hmmmm-onsecond thoughts im going to be better off with my isa i think, unlikely that i will be filling that in a year. I'm just going to have to be very carefull not to be tempted to withdraw, having it in my sig and being on here will help with that tho!

    Yeah ISAs tend to be best for savings really. Im getting one with HSBC (my bank) which is apparantly (at the moment) one of the best rate payers, so must be worth it. And then im going to get another savings account which is hard to get money out of.

    mmmm that sound nice, my lunch consisted of a piece of chocolate fudge cake from OH brother in laws birthday cake, followed by a crisp sandwich (yeah wrong order i know!) mmmmm so healthy...NOT!
    Looking forward to the new thread..think it will be the 'new year new start' thread unless anyone has any other ideas yet?

    I know what you mean-my 'little sister ' is now 32 with an 18 month old baby but she is still that annoying ten year old to me!!!
