Yeah thank god!!!! :p It will be a great total reducer in September if i do get it.

Well i may get the money from him, but he said he may be loosing his job at the mo (he is a labourer), and i do believe him, but its taken him a year to even consider paying me back  I keep on at him, even if he gave me £50 a month, that would be fab towards my debts.

Sounds like u got some bargains jenjade so spend not that bad!
have decided not to sell car, too much of a risk finding a cheap banger especiallyas I drive an automatic, car is already 8years old so shouldn't lose mega value In 2/3 years. Quite relieved really as would have been a lot if hassle.

Glad you have figured something out MM... probably a good idea to hang on to your one.

Jenjade - looks like a fab bargain day!

I will ask him again next week, but he could quite easily cut contact as he has gone back to Ireland, so will have to tread carefully :rotfl:

just looked at quidco and i have £71 recievd!! will get that next month as i have just changed bank details so no pay out this month, thats nearly all of my extra money i need for next month woo-hooo!! Got £20 for this month from camera sale and other odds and sods scraped together, may need to put petrol in tho, might get away with a fiver til payday(friday) so thats £15 extra this month, hopefully a bit more coz i did a days overtime last month that i forgot about (prob lose most of it in tax tho) will just have to wait (I HATE WAITING!) TIL FRIDAY FOR EXACT FIGURE. THEN WHATEVER EXTRA I CAN PUT IN THEN WILL BE TAKEN OFF MY EXTRA PER MONTH FIGURE SO WILL BE LESS THAN £83 A MONTH..OOPS FORGOT TO TAKE OFF CAPITALS
just read that back and it doesnt make much sense but i know what i mean lol!!!

Hi, I have been a subscriber to the newsletter for sometime now, but this is my first post!

I would like to join this challenge to help me clear my debt - not sure I’ll get it done by 2009, but I’ll give it a good go!!

I have about £9,000 off the top of my head, but will update as soon as I can!

Just a bit of background - since I bought my house nearly 2 years ago (debt free) it has slowly built back up again, basically because I am really struggling! Anyway, I have made the hard decision to move back to parents and rent my house out (whilst it is also on the market). Moving back home will help me to pay about £800 towards my credit cards each month, but will also stop me from having to spend on them!

Wish everyone the best of luck; it's a big step in the right direction xx
