My friend gave me some money back she owed me, so used the money to pay off some of the Barclaycard debt. I'm so happy that debt is finally going down.
At the end of the month i'm *hoping* to have the debt down to £2,100.0 -

Well done Hayley and MM.
We're in a financial mire at the moment...lots to do to get out of it-hence my sudden full blown attempt at cutting bills back. Just worked out earnings against expenditure... If we manage to earn another £750 a month for next 18 months we'll be fine... failing that we need to cut right back and I need to ebay everything that doesn't move. Of course the credit crunch is hitting the business...just gotta hold out until one of our big bills is paid (in about 18 months)... I keep waking up at stupid o' clock just thinking about ways of making the money go further and ways of cutting back. So it's all a bit of a nightmare at the moment.

Morning guys,
This morning my foot is a tiny bit better, i can just about walk on it, but i still have a lump on the side where the ankle bone is. I'm going to go out for another drive today with my mate, see how i get on, and then decide. My heart is telling me to go for it and do the course and test. I checked online last night and there isn't another test available until the end of August. I cannot wait that long  so i think that decided it for me.
Awww, how are the kittens now Amy? getting bigger. I'd love another cat, but mum's put her foot down and said no. We found out yesterday the offer my parents put in for the house in Maidstone has been accepted, so come November i will be a Kent gal again :j The house is in Boughton monchelsea (Nr Maidstone).
I checked online the other day and they have stopped the recruitment for the job i wanted to apply for. It will now open in the Winter time. To be honest is probably better for me because i don't move back till November. You normally have to wait a year to get full accepted anyway, so many checks and fitness tests. I think i may apply for a job within the same force, but maybe do an admin type of job until they open up the recruitment. Lots of admin jobs on the website, so hopefully having some further knowledge into what the job entails may help me.0 -
Everybody must be out enjoying the sun. I would be but i don't fancy walking anywhere on my foot today. Hollyoaks and Eastenders Omnibus day lol.
Just checked Quidco as working money until November, has anybody had their William Hill money valildated? mines tracked, but its been tracked for ages.0
