jen- you'll be debt free by next month at this rate! 2 car boots and selling the wii!
amy, does this mean we will be losing you to the mortgage free wanabee board??!!!don't desert us yet! Like the new house folder idea, I might do one for the MINI. I love folders and things, bit monica from friends!! Ooh I could do that picture thing that Hypno suggested with the squares representing certain amount of money each in it.0 -
:rotfl: Im exactly like Monica, but only when its something that interests me. Bills etc. take ages for me to file... stuff like this i love.
I have a green lever arch folder all ready, a plastic wallet thing in case i need to take stuff to work! Its gonna be great.
Deffo do what Hypno said, its a great feeling. :j
I wont desert you, I promise.Debt: just my mortgage0 -

OOOo i love Minis.
Good for you, it does make it seem a little less intimidating. I will need to update my house one as i wont need to save as much £ towards it now :T

yay!!!! Hopefully house prices will drop further before u buy one (and then go up after of course !)0
-
good luck for your ebay sales jen- fingers crossed for you.0

if house prices take a dive i will look into buying but i don;t think i could meet the monthy payments. i have a 2 bed rented from mendip housing and would get 10% off the market value. i pay £74 a week in rent and i don;t think i could afford a morgage as i work 19 hours a week and i am a single mum!!!!
it is gutting i would love to buy:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

Ooo thanks MM, i hope so too.
Well i have just found my tenancy agreement for the flat I am in now, just going to read up a few bits as i dont want the council to sting me.
Whilst riffling through my old paperwork i found 3 debt collectors for different debts from 2003 and 2004. All threatening court action. however i cant see any CCJs on my credit file.
Not sure whats going on there, just shows how much i had my head in the sand. :eek:Debt: just my mortgage0 -
