Good for you - I remember that well...trying to do a bass solo and then having that "am I really doing this" moment when I was really into what I was doing....
For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 2007

Hey Bun, mindfcuk or what. Maybe if you are having doubts you should have a cooling off period in the house for a few months, give both of you time to reconcile how you both actually feel about eacother. Would I be right in thinking that whilst you have pondered splitting up for a while now you have never tried this, actually moving out and trying again. Tell OH what MIL said, ask him if and he said what he said to them and if he did why cant he tell or show you how he feels. Thinking of ya Len x

PS slow down on the corners i know what you women drivers are like.

Didn't really have a choice...All Right Now by Free....dead easy then there's a short bass bit when you're on your own...

Remember a jamming session when we were doing My Generation by the Who then all eyes turned to me to do the John Entwistle bit and I just laughed!

Play a bit of guitar as well but really am not keen on learning solos....

That's why I mainly stuck with bass....

And only just found out that there as an open connection to another appliance attached to water pipe. And the other appliance is not connected to other end. The pipe i am not using has snaked about and sprayed water all over. Talk about the house that jack built. !!!!    :o

I think I'd be shouting more than pish and tish, that's very restrained of you!
Use lots of towels to dry the water then take em into work to wash!
Did you manage to sleep ok last night?

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

Are you sure the old 'lean to' wasn't actually holding up the house?
