theory is nice but over-rated.....especially if your guitarist doesn't have any!

Been in rehearsals when the singer/guitarist blazes off somewhere and I shout "what key's it in?" as I try and figure out the chords he's using and he shouts back "no idea, mate...kind of G I fink".....!!!!!!!

Pre-gig he'd have necked half a bottle of vodka and the drummer and I would drive....

Might get the videos out again for a laugh later.....I was thin in those days!

Both guitarists have lessons every week and know a lot about theory.. I play by ear and couldn't tell you what I'm playing.. I just play it! lol!

As long as you stay in key you should be fine. With 2 guitars there I wouldn't try and do too much.

Bunny, sorry to hear your feeling !!!!!!. You have made the break now. And you need this time on your own to get your head round things. Give it some time. A couple of months at least. And in that time you will know if you are meant to be together or not. It will give you both time to reflect on things. An d whatever path you take it was meant to be. Dont beat yourself about this. Emotions run high at times like this. And rash decisions are made that are not always the right ones. Thinking of you and hugs x x x x
