Well aware that WF are a bunch of foolish, lying rogues from my own mistakes SolOO!
Still waiting to hear back from FOS.0 -
When did you contact them?0

SOLOO
Who WF or FOS? Had a letter from FOS; standard letter saying they have receive documentation and will relook ASAP but they have a back log.
Rang them asked how longer do I wait, reply I got was that they have had a lot of correspondence from WF customers!
No doubt I will have to wait quite a bit longer, but WF don't seemed to be in a hurry to send me a letter either.Hows things going with you?0 -
I have just read all of the threads in relation to Welcome. I have been trying to reclaim PPI for the past 3 months but to no avail. I have sent a further letter yesterday as I should never have been sold it as I was in temporary employment. The loan application only ever asked was I in fulltime employment so fingers crossed.
However on another note in relation to Welcome possibly going bust. I had a call on Friday regarding early settlement of a loan I have outstanding the balance is 2635 and in less than a minute on the call they were offering me 55% to settle within 24 hours! I'm guessing it may be a good idea before they sell off. What do you think?
Also I had noticed on my credit file the records had changed from Welcome FS to Progressive.0 -
Hi,
Having just checked and finding out i have ppi with welcome on a loan i have, this was sold as if i didnt take it i wouldnt get the loan, this was from a broker i spoke to before i even spoke to welcome, then when i did speak to welcome they didnt even mention the ppi...
having taken out the loan the ppi was added in 1 lump sum and is also gaining interest on the amount which i add is very high for what it is, i also have a pre-existing medical conditon that would make this ppi null anyway im sure? as im going to start claiming this back right away as i feel it was sold incorrectly can anyone advise if the do go bust or change hands will you still be able to get the ppi back as it is alot of money.
many thanks0 -

WELCOME:p BRING IN THE HEAVY MOB!!!:p
My brief rang me today laughing, wondered what he was on about.
Apparently all local offices managers are all now employed by cattles drafted in from h/o :rotfl:
I tried out a complaints process at an office 30 miles away and an e mail address i was given for complaints is with a @cattles.co.uk address.
THE END IS NIGH0 -
The office down here is only manned by the chosen few now.
Reading in FT, shares will another tumble again this week.:T0 -
