hard skin on feet

Options
eww its orrible isnt it

but

if you get your bowl or foot spa if your posh, and put the water in bit of washing up liquid and a bout an egg cup full of bleach in the water, soak the tootsies, the skin softens really fast and you can take it off with an
angle grinder foot file

;D no adverse reactions here though If I put my hands in bleachy water I get a rash, never use the stuff otherwise.

Almond Oil is also good and can be used for loads of things it's cheap and available at most chemists (you may have to ask for it)

Add to a bowl of water to soften hard skin on feet and for pushing back cuticles

Use on dry, flaky areas such as cuticles, elbows and knees

Rub a little into damp skin after shower in place of body lotion (50p size does a whole bod)

Use as a pre wash conditioner for hair or a scalp conditioner. Rub a little into dry frazzled hair then shampoo out
Life's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.

be warned if you have a nut allergy. sounds obvious, but a friend of mine with one rubbed it in her elbows and swelled up like a baby elephant. she didn't think it'd react as she wasn't eating it. ::)

    Girls girls girls.....

Save all of that energy that your wasting scrubbing and rubbing.

The best way to get rid of the hard skin is straight after a hot bath, smother your feet in Vaseline and put a pair of cotton socks on, sleep with them on all night, and in the morning there will be nothing there but lovely baby soft skin! ;D

You can also do it with your hands in gloves.

Ps. You will get very strange looks from the other 'alf, make sure he is snoring before getting into bed. ;)

sadly i misread this the first time, and sat here pondering how you get your hands and feet in gloves together. :-[

I live in spain, so always walking around barefoot. So hard skin is my problme too.
Had to vist a beauty parlour for help. She advised rubbing in OLIVE OIL then putting socks on. Obviously leave them on in bed.
It works, I tried it. Cant understand why my beauty therpaist would want to do herself out of business,as i havent needed to visit her since!!!! 8) 8) 8)

The Body Shop sell cotton gloves and cotton 'foot covers' (not socks - a bit thicker to stop the cream/oil from spreading onto the sheets) for this sort of thing.
