I think we will see an upturn in the summer too.

It will of course be a bull trap.

No, he didn't, he said he would "talk monkey".

Monkeys are a different species, not a different race within the human species. But if you associate monkeys with any race that in itself might be racism.:confused:

Just so I'm not missing something, could you explain why prices will begin to rise in 2 - 3 months time?

Let them all learn by their mistakes...They've all talked the talk long enough, let's see some of them walk the walk....
  • Insult? You're a sensitive little boy aren't you? What was the question i missed it amongst your accusation ? Signs of an upturn? What is the point in explaining this to you at this current time in your life? I'm the man who bought a house, had a survey done for mortgage purposes and as it was standing empty decided to wrap "Warning Dangerous Structure" Tape around the front of the house the day after then went on to offer 70% of asking price and got it, this was during a relative boom period.......

My crruent time in my life? Im researching for when I get a house, Im studying the market, Im currently working on many things in my life, and I find this whole idea of a crash a very intresting prospect from a point of view of a graduate who has studied macro/micro economics.

Just because I own a car, does not mean i know more about one than those who do not.
