Come on guys Mr B is the biggest biff on here. He's the same kind of guy that wears comedy ties to work. He knows it's wrong but it's better have people talking about you than not at all.

I've been called a few things on here but never a racist.
Talking monkey ie talking about house prices i just decided to substitute house prices with the word monkey because i liked the idea of doing that, no disrespect to monkeys.I dont like the phrase WUM either and i don't like to be called one buster.

No, he didn't, he said he would "talk monkey".

Monkeys are a different species, not a different race within the human species. But if you associate monkeys with any race that in itself might be racism.

Insult? You're a sensitive little boy aren't you? What was the question i missed it amongst your accusation ? Signs of an upturn? What is the point in explaining this to you at this current time in your life? I'm the man who bought a house, had a survey done for mortgage purposes and as it was standing empty decided to wrap "Warning Dangerous Structure" Tape around the front of the house the day after then went on to offer 70% of asking price and got it, this was during a relative boom period.......

Then I appolagise for insuating he was racist. Being called a monkey is quite a racist and i guess hearing it I instantly put my gaurd back up.
