  • Two Estate Agents were on holiday in africa, they were enjoying themselves and decided to take a closer look at the wildlife and maybe take some pictures.
All of a sudden a lion starts running towards them, one EA starts running for his life but looks over his shoulder and amazingly the othe EA is opening his bag and putting on a pair of Reboks.
He say's "What are you doing, you can't out-run a lion"
The other EA say's "Sod out-running the Lion, just as long as i out run You"
  • [FONT=arial, Arial, Helvetica] An estate agent parks his brand new Porsche in front of the office to show it off to his colleagues. As he's getting out of the car, a truck comes speeding along too close to the kerb and takes off the door before speeding off.

More than a little distraught, the estate agent grabs his mobile and calls the police. Five minutes later, the police arrive. Before the policeman has a chance to ask any questions, the estate agent starts screaming hysterically:

"My Porsche, my beautiful silver Porsche is ruined, it'll simply never
    be the same again!"

After the estate agent finally finishes his rant, the policeman shakes his head in disgust: "I can't believe how materialistic you bloody estate agents are,"

"You lot are so focused on your possessions that you don't notice anything else in your life."

"How can you say such a thing at a time like this?", snaps the estate agent.

The policeman replies, "Didn't you realise that your right arm was torn off when the truck hit you." The estate agent looks down in absolute horror..........

    "F***ING HELL!!!!!! he screams - "Where's my Rolex ?"

Agents are making one sale a month in London.

"...Only 5,291 homes were sold in London in August, down by two thirds on 2007 and the lowest total on record, according to the latest official figures. With an estimated 5,000 estate agents working in the capital, many will have failed to sell a single flat or house..."

    Evening Standard

It is estimated that up to half of branches could close in 2009.
  • Great news. I can't wait to see them try to get a proper job. With all their qualifications it shouldn't be too hard...ahem....

3 people offerred on the property we wanted - when I spoke to the EA about how the credit crunch was a load of crap (tongue in cheek) she assured me they were busier than ever, in fact she couldn't believe how busy they were!!

What a load of b******s !!!!!!I smiled sweetly and agreed, but I couldn't believe she thought I was thick enough to be patronised! As they are a big company they wont be hit as hard as the small EA's but theres no way they are 'busy'!!!!
