Yeah im so trying not to look at things i want!
At the moment i want a house. I have just been looking at mortgages and even after paying off my debts getting one is going to be hard going.
The amount per month will be about £750-800 a month. Thats pretty much all of my salary gone! :rotfl:
Im sure i can do it, just need to save for a deposit, a big one... or a lottery win!

See i could afford the 1/2 bit (£550!) but no way could i do the £1100.
I suppose £800 isnt too bad then, but im probably getting it wrong as im randomly doing "repayment" and all sorts (not a clue!). I am speaking to a financial advisor soon to just get some advice about mortgages in general, i really am not savvy when it comes to house buying (having never done it
).

Hit enter too fast so half a post there! Mine is 1100 between two which is ok but house is absolutely tiny and when we move its going to be 1k each which is a bit  if anything were to change. Have you had a look to see what you could get near you?It Will be Mine.............ITV Cash Win, Ipod Touch & Spa BreakI have the comping bug!

Yeah i have actually fallen in love with a house near me.
Its a 2 bedroom for £126,000. I did a quick calculation on Halifax and they said they would lend me £134,000. If i went for that house and had a £6K deposit they would do the mortgage. It worked out at about £800 a month for repayment (or something near that) over 25 years.
Im not sure of all the details on it, but at the mo i cant get anywhere as i still have debts and no savings! :rotfl:
Hoping that house prices may fall a little bit next year, even £5K would help me out so much.

That is really good, especially in commuting distance of London! I fell in love with one and kept looking at it on rightmove but OH wants to stay south while I want to move north. I will win!
Just keep motivated, will all be worth it!

:hello:
Feeling very tired today. And a bit demotivated. Ah well!
Trying to think of things i can list on ebay tomorrow, but to be honest most of the things i can sell, i have! :rotfl: Not sure what i can sell next...
WIll have to get tough and dig out some clothes etc. I think.
I made an overpayment on my CC today of £91 (it was sitting in my account not doing much) and plus it now means i have been entered into a draw with HSBC to win one of 2 prizes of £5,000. You never know! How cool would that be?
Couple of bits to do at work, but I really want to try and tidy the office if i can, its a bit of a mess (not a lot of storage space unfortunately).

Hi!
I think we all have demotivated days, but at least you are looking at ways to be postive.

Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0
