Well, just goes to show that nothing is guaranteed on Quidco. Good on you all for pushing it, but really, I don't think you had any right to the money. That's just the way it works - sometimes it doesn't track as it should. Never count the money until it is paid.
Incidentally, my cash back from the HSBC Online Bonus Saver tracked and was paid within a fortnight of opening the accountWell before I expected it!

Finally had my HSBC cashback "added" on Quidco, despite originally being declined. I contacted HSBC online directly and they were great. Quidco repeatedly denied that HSBC had paid the cashback, but it all looks like it is going through now. (Fingers crossed!) Shame I will now be closing the account because HSBC customer services were brilliant, shame about their interest rates!0

after many months and 2 letters of complaint to HSBC, have at last received my £20 for the quidco bonus, plus another £25 for my trouble. Shows its worth complaining.0

^argh i just got my original £20!
got a letter todayYes Your Dukeiness0 -
I didn't get my £40 from HSBC for taking out their car insurance via Cashbackkings. Have lodged a complaint, but it's not looking hopeful, very annoying as I wouldn't have chosen that policy if it wasn't for the cashback.0
