My enquiry came back as unsuccessful today so I've used your nice template letter and submitted an online enquiry via the HSBC secure site. Let's see what happens

same problem here - the account is running, but did not track and enquiry declined - very disappointing.

It is also not possible now to raise a ticket regarding this issue.

Any solutions???

My two HSBC accounts went through successfully with Quidco, but the HSBC credit card didn't track and the enquiry has been declined :rolleyes:

Don't feel so bad about stoozing the full balance now

I raised a ticket with Quidco as to why my HSBC cashback was declined and got this as a reply:-

"Your enquiry was declined by advertiser this means that the affiliated network has investigated your enquiry and found out that your transaction was credited to another site."

A bit odd as I wasn't using any other cashback sites and had cleared my cookies before clicking the link.

They just turn down almost everyone ? HSBC, Churchill, Morethan, Pc World, Woolworths, they really are not choosey, and certainly are not picking on you, but it really would be good to see where all the cashback allegedly gets paid out to, with the amount of "paid to another site" replies there are, someone must have a christmas everyday ?

Mine didn't track initially and I raised an enquiry. Got confirmation yesterday that the £20 has been added.

got a response back from the on-line message rejecting my complaint blaming quidco.

have sent HSBC a formal complaint using an adapted version of Milarky's letter
