Hi slowlyfading, welcome to OS! I think hk is housekeeping
Tesco are odd sometimes with substitutions - I've had them not substitute bread before - but they were happy to replace cream with cottage cheese in the same shop.:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -

Afternoon everybody :hello:
I was going to start the daily this morning then the lappy upped and died on me and I couldn't find the plug for it (read that as not away enough to look for it) Anyhoo.....
Not too bad a day for me, just off out in a bit to collect DD2 from school and then come back and pack up a book I've sold on Greenmetropolis.
Busy this evening moving furniture round then I think I'll be in bed as early as possible due to still having the lurgy
Hope everyone is well, (((((hugs))))) to those who need one.
Goodness knows what's for tea as I forgot to throw something out of the freezer last night. I'm sure the hoard will survive
Will check back with you all later if I get a chance.0 -

welcome slowlyfading :j ,
well washing was out on the line for about an hour, then is started raining again, so dashed out and got it in, its now on the airer. Its also really cold here, I have put the heating on for an hour.
I made 24 buscuits and 24 fairy cakes, should keep them two going for a while  .
I also made a delicious concoction to stuff my chicken with, I grated a small piece of going hard cheddar and the same with a piece of parmasan, grated an onion, and three cloves of garlic, and some chopped chillis, mixed it all together with an egg and some left over cream cheese and a few chives I had left, then stuffed the chicken and wrapped in bacon, it smells delish, cant wait for dinner time, also found some new potatoes I had forgotten about, so will have it with them, green beans and peas.
Rzl I cant open the attachement on your E-mail I need to down load something, but not being very technical, I will wait for my OH to get in and do it, had a lovely day listening though
Got 1/2 hour now till the school run, so I am going to do NOTHING0 -
Hiya:hello:
Hugs to those in need.
The sun has been shining here so my hayfever is back again.
This morning I helpled at the church drop-in and then came home to give the house a very quick dust/hoover/mop. DH is laying the wooden floor over the weekend so the house will be a tip again, so I only gave it a quick clean.
The 2 chickens we had yesterday will give us chicken fajitas today and there are 2 more portions of leftover chicken in stock and a portion of stock for the freezer.:D
DD1 has her sax lesson at 4.30 and poor DH is getting OFSTEDed over the next 2 days and could be home from work at anytime!
Have a good day.:D0
