    I've been Money Tipped!
:hello: Hello Slowly fading! You are in the right place here! Lots of ideas for cutting down on hk, the flylady thread is the place to go for cleaning rotas.

I have just got a humungous amount of pizza sauce going in the large slowcooker using one of the 2.55kg tins of tomatoes, some tom puree, italian herbs, 1 large onion, pinch of sugar, olive oil, worcester sauce and a slug of red wine for good measure! Just got to see how many of those takeaway plastic dishes this will fill for the freezer. Has cost about £2.20 to make so not sure of the savings but I know what is in it so that's reassuring!

Going to fill the smaller slow cooker with all the leftover veg in the bottom of the fridge and make up some soup before tomorrows veg box turns up!

    Hi everyone!

I was up at 5.30 abit earlier than usual 6am, so managed to get the ironing done before the school run. Then I went to M&S and bought 7 T-Shirts, using my £5 oxfam voucher! So I'm sorted there for good while;) :D

Looks like my kids dance teacher will be putting on an adult tap class on possibly wednesday mornings - after me and the other mums kept on at her! - I'm sooo looking forward to it - I have visions of that film "Stepping Out" with Liza Minelli now, cos that's what we will look like!:rotfl:
Have been looking for tap shoes on ebay!:D :j So any advice on what type to buy or not to buy Taplady??

Snowy/Elle - thanks so much for sponsoring me!

Moggins - Happy Birthday, and if youre reading....would be lovely to hear how youre getting on.

  • Afternoon all! Been interrupted repeatedly all through my lunch break today, so haven't really had a chance to catch up on MSE apart from the odd post!

I'm feeling a bit like this today:

Keep fretting that it's going to rain on holiday next week so fingers crossed it doesn't! My hands are at least no longer orange (just a sort of muddy colour now :D) Just had a couple of homemade hob nobs (twink's recipe) that I had added some chopped up stem ginger to - very yummy :) It says it all really when the most exciting thing to happen to you all day is a biscuit :o
