Sunday 1st June 2008
Not done a lot this weekend, not physically anyway!! Didn't get to go round to the house so no measuring up, etc, but H and I have been brainstorming about what we need when we move which is good.
Have had some lovely private messages which really touched me, and made it feel worthwhile sharing all this stuff. It is hard because sometimes I worry that people are judging me, thinking badly of me, or just that I'm some kind of nutter
And I must admit I read a few things on here lately that made me go 'ouch' but in the end everyone is entitled to their opinion and the freedom to express it. I know that I am doing the right thing, and that's what's important. I need to stick to that in my head when I am doubting myself (which happens lots!!:rolleyes:)
And here we are on 1st June, which means in 9 days time H and I go to court  Now that is a scary thought, but on the other hand it's kinda like - ok, bring it on, let's get it over and done with!!! No, I'm not full of bravado, I just think I will sleep better once I have faced this demon properly - at the moment it's like psyching myself up for something without knowing exactly how much it's going to take out of me (IYKWIM)
So into the working week I go. My girls are all lovely smelling, hair done, and clean - don't you love that Sunday night bath-time?!Especially as they're off to bed so I get some peace :rotfl:

I hope the next couple of weeks go as smooth as possible for you, Merry. I seriously doubt that any person, even those with only a smidgen of compassion, could fail to be moved by your experiences and have anything other than respect and admiration for how you've dealt with your problems and still found time to be sympathetic to the plight of others:j :T:hello: :jEternal Optimist:j:hello:BR 22.09.08:staradmin BSC Member 201:staradmin0

You've achieved so much over the last month that you deserve a day off.:D
Hope the Hayfever improves. If this typical 'English Summer' continues, its Inluenza that will be bothering you next:rolleyes:The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -

I know i would rather be miserable with my OH than happy or miserable without her
Ok that makes no sense but you said just to throw your thoughts on the thread so i did:o
Can't agree more,However difficult it is you put up with it.
It would be nice however to be noticed.
For love to work it has to be a 2 way situation, until both parties want the same thing then it will be a uphill battle.
Don't give up on him just yet,get away from your normal environnent (neutral environment)relax an talk.
Hope all ends well. The triumph of hope over experience

Hey Dez, sounds like you need to have a heart to heart with your OH, maybe let her know how you're feeling?? (((HUGS)))Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

I did mean to go to bed, honest!!
Anyway, brain ticking over and suddenly realised I haven't completed my self assessment for tax for 2007/08!!  I stopped trading on 31st March 2008, but obviously need to do a tax return - what the heck do I do?!Will ths be included in bankruptcy, or will I have to find the the money to pay it??? Last time I sold my car and used a credit card cheque (had used the money from the business to keep family afloat, so when tax bill came didn't have the dosh) but obviously that's not an option this time.

With a little kick in the butt from Jo I have completed my self assessment. I owe them the grand total of 78p, so that £1,000 I paid them 'in advance' last year was a bit of an overestimation on their part  Of course, the next dilemma is claiming that back as a rebate - will the OR want it, or will I get to keep it??
I had booked off tomorrow so I could get down to doing the online form without my lil monster around, but now it seems I am free and clea for the morningr!! :T So I think I will visit a few of the second hand furniture shops cos I need a little computer desk, and a wardrobe Can't buy it cos need to get into the house and measure up, but since the move is only a week away it would be good to know where I can go for this stuff.
Not tired but think it's time for bed so I can face my free morning fresh and clear!Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
