Yeah, I am OK, I suppose!!

I have just printed out the bank statements from the last couple of months......will try and look at them at some point in the day and see what more we can shave off.....at the mo, OH pays the mortgage and the household expenses, gas, council tax etc.......and I pay the debt payments. With him (potentially) not earning, I need to re-jig things I think.

Do you want dinner when you come over tomorrow - nothing exciting, just jacket spuds with cheese and salad?

You could set up a charity to save all the doggies - huge money in it!

Brits just love giving money for animal charities. I did some work for a dog rehoming charity in the UK and every appeal brought more money rolling in than they could ever spend. It was incredible!

Here's an interesting article about the Donkey Sanctuary charity - who are so successful at fundraising they have solved the entire donkey abuse problem in the UK and are now working overseas. They get more than £13million a year in donations (more than Age Concern, the Samaritans and Mencap). http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2003/feb/18/animalrights.fundraising

I'm sure you could do the same for Malaysian dogs!

Aw, hypno, hope all that rejigging is going okay, I do feel for you, its another of those knock-backs, isn't it. :grouphug: :coffee:

Malaysia, tho - I wonder if Tesco Clubcard Deals would fly us to Malaysia? They got me to Germany, after all... Pania, as Z and Seaxwyn have said, they've got the internet too out there, and *we* could have plane tickets. Like with my friend living in Germany, you'd be surprised at how much more of us you'd see: we used to see each other for a Sunday afternoon every couple of months. But in Germany, we were together for a solid week! Think about it ! :D
