That is weird to hear of someone like you getting turned down, El - I'd love to get £70 cashback, but I loathe the sound of them so much, like Bob, I just can't bring myself to do it. And if I did, because I loathe, I'd get some kind of karmic rebound (being a karmacat and all, y'know!).

Payday loans called me this afternoon at work  Not a good look - having a stockbroker talking to a loan shark  To reiterate to anyone who knows me who may stumble across this diary - I only did it for the cashback !!!!! I sincerely hope I don't get too many of those "courtesy calls".....

How did they get your number? did you have to give it on the form?

As a bankrupt I have never tried, and i hope wont be tempted to try to apply for credit again. My mission is just to make the money I have work for me, as best I can, not being allowed savings accounts in my own right, and being unable to order from Mr T via my account as its electron, is making it harder to do. I manage the odd few pennies here and there through pigs back and cash back sights, but thats been my limits.
My savings etc are via help from my families accounts.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.
