Gemmz, he is currently "gagged" - no talking to anyone........bah.

doodledo - the problem (as with many OHs on here) is that he doesn't really know what he wants to do.......he has a little hope that someone will knock on the door, knowing that he is looking for a job that pays £xxxxx and offers i him the perfect job there and then.........

I won't nag him too much in the first few days.......but will build up to it over the next week or so :D

That's a pain. How long does the gag last for?

Oh my dad's after one of those, £2k a month take home for an easy job - yes, so likely.

Yes, he resigned on a matter of principle.......I go between feeling proud of him for standing up for himself and thinking that "princples don't pay the bills!".........

Ah well, what is done is done, and we move on.....

I have done my SOA again - cut back to the bare bones. I have typed it up and printed it off so that OH can see exactly how much he needs to earn in order for us to stay solvent. Hopefully it will help in the whole process.

Payday loans called me this afternoon at work  Not a good look - having a stockbroker talking to a loan shark  To reiterate to anyone who knows me who may stumble across this diary - I only did it for the cashback !!!!! I sincerely hope I don't get too many of those "courtesy calls".....

El, lovely to see you hun x

head over to quidco - before the end of june they are offering £70 cashback!!!

Take out a loan for £80, pay back £100 on payday, which equates to an APR of a billion %, so it "costs" you £20.........but get £70 cashback, giving you a profit of £50!!! OH may want one too ;)

Tracks really quickly and they have a good record of paying out, so although not entirely risk free, it could be worth a go!
