I challenge you to do my ironing - that would take you all 23 days, I am sure :o

Hmmm......will have a "proper" think and come up with a "sensible" suggestion!!!

If i lived nearer..it would be gone, i would so have rocked the Apprentice in that challenge.

Decision 1 -I'm going to walk to work, and always bring a packed lunch.

I suspect if I walked to yours it would take me more than 23 days.......but otherwise I'm happy to do your ironing, it would be more interesting than mine I'm so bored with my old T-shirts :rotfl: (& I don't iron jeans :p )

I think they are two very reasonable challenges! Starting from tomorrow I assume?

My next challenge really does have to be to give up the lattes - I am failing miserably at it......had two today and could easily devour a third...........I just cannot justify it and I MUST give it up!

If only I weren't surrounded by coffee shops!!! 10 years ago there were none in the City, now they are bloomin everywhere......I am sure the streets have a coffee aroma about them nowadays too......luring me in!

In my meagre defence, though, my chocolate bill is very small now compared to what it used to be........so if I can only get my coffee bill down similarly I will be well away.

(I really sympathise with anyone trying to give up smoking - these are hard enough habits to kick!)

Right, lunchtime over - back to work!!

Chocolate and lattes are two things i don't really like...except,:o if it is on jaffa cakes!
If it was savoury stuff, now that is a different matter. i am terrible around peanuts..really have to walk away from them. Then there's tea, put it in a drip and call me monkey!:D I would flog my granny for a cup of tea.:rotfl: :rotfl:

Hypno you're doing so well with the diet, unlike me :(

Going to give it a rethink tomorrow and try something new. Also going to up the exercise.

My only success is cutting down on the caffeine, which has been easier than expected.

Well done on the Amazon, every thing you sell is one less item to pack for the house move as well as uping the cash.

I'm sitting here, trying desperately to think of a reason why I should bring the car in tomorrow (rain?).
Nope I've got to do it. And now I've told you I can't come in here if I haven't done it :o

Lattes? Poncy coffees, I prefer bog-standard filter stuff.:D
  • Hi Hypno

Could you not fill a (large) flask up from your coffee machine from home in the mornings and make that last all day? I'm sure I read you said you have a great coffee machine?

I am soooo jealous of your push on Amazon and Ebay I have been promising myself I will do this for months! I am off this week too and done zilch... What is wrong with me!!!! I will do anything to avoid it including sitting on here for hours.....:o

Me too, I need this site to nag me.:o

I'm embarrassed sometimes when I've been lolling around and I check up on Hypnos diary and find out what she's done in that time :rotfl:
