Anyone pre ordered this?

Called round a few shops today but got laughed at when i asked if i could reserve one. Toyr r us have a load, i was looking at them yesterday, but they are 1st come 1st served on tuesday

my wife is refusing to queue at toys r us for my game on Tuesday morning, i'm at work, is this grounds for divorce?

my son and his mate got me to pre-order then one each on 02.04/08 soon after we got an email saying there order's were safe as the had sold-out BEFORE the release date that was with HMV but game were the same sold out...I would have thought though that the shops would be opening at 11pm -12 on monday night as that's what there usually do when it's a world wide release date...9am they are not gonna be any at all...if they do get any in that is...usually has a notice in the windows saying midnight opening but in past experience's they have opened up at 11pm if it's too cold or peeing down...hope this helps...:Dincidently my sons mate although he pre-ordered it his 360 got the ring of death and has had to go back to M$ so he is alittle peed off to say the least...it was GAME who had a midnight launch for HALO 3 on a monday night at 11-midnight...

sorry but I have to ask...have you been on another planet...it was reported that GTA4 was sold out in the uk by 9th April 08...Game is having a launch night though just asked my son and he said a number of his mate's are hoping to go to it just to have some fun...midnight monday any game shop...:j

it is also reported the they will make $400million in the first week of release world wide...wow...:D

so did any of you go to a launch night at midnight if so let us know how it went...the one my son's mates went to were giving out freebies...posters coasters alsorts...it was a good night out by all accounts...:j

Got one, well almost.

Went online at Argos last night and could not reserve, even after midnight.
Just got up and managed to reserve one!!
