I do receive Delices & Gourmandie catalogs and offers. I have been a customer for a few years now. I love their cakes and chocolates. As for the games, you have to read the rules to understand how it works. I didn't win. I hope I will one day though!:j we'll see.

Good for you, for everyone else:

Rubbish products sold through misleading direct mail which is designed to make people to believe they have won something when they have not.

Avoid, if you really must throw your money away then give it to a charity to make good use of it instead of filling the pockets of this scum.

I do not know, but I wish I lived in a bigger house. My house is so small.

    Hi all,

This problem has a long pedigree - I first encountered Vitamail via my mother in 2006.

What precisely has the UK government and the European Commission achieved in materially tackling this problem within the EU, and indeed prosecuting the perpetrators for fraud ? (rhetorical)
  • I have been trying, in vain, to stop mail from Vitamail. My father died recently and I have found loads of 'rubbish' that he's been duped into buying with the hope of winning the thousands of pounds the company promises.

I've returned mail to Vitamail marking it as 'customer deceased, please remove from database' but still the letters are re-directed from dads address and drop onto my mat several times a week.

I've checked through dozens of web sites trying to find a telephone number or email address so that I can contact this company directly to get them to stop sending this junk but have had no luck at all. All I have is a return address which is on the letters and I've written to that and have had no response.

Does anyone know how I can contact Vitamail please?
