Medion 2.6ghz Cel. laptop with wi-fi, dvd writer etc quick its very cheap

i went down somerfields and bought this laptop, they have 6 more coming in at the stretford manchester branch

it is different from the one in the pic, few months ago, medion shipped out celerons with P4 stickers, this one has the dvd rw and cd rw 6 usb ports, there 2 dislikes for me on this laptop is u canntot take the battery out, in built somewhere, may be can with a screw driver, the fan is loud, but then again if it screws up 1 year warranty so that is good, but the laptop is so different than the one in the pic

I thought the Medion in Woolies was a much lower specification @ £399

I bought a Medion lappy direct from the Medion outlet shop a few months ago and to be honest it was the worst laptop i've ever used.Even out the box it was slow,the wireless side of things wouldn't work,apps constantly hung,the o/s constantly crashed.All in it was a poor,poor show and not what i'd been led to believe from the write-ups that it was getting in magazines.Cheap and nasty spring to mind when i hear Medion now. It was returned for a refund which was given promptly.

Well I've got a Medion desk microphone and it's a cracker, it has a big long lead on it and the on/off button works a treat.

also ive just realized, no floppy drive comes with this and plus the fan is making me crazy, since i work as tech support, i have to say this is one of the worst laptop i have ever come across, the fans are built in such a way, that is is under neath, doesnt leave much speace for it to breath out, so sometimes the motherboard wud definalety go on it, if vents r blocked, ive only had it one day and im thinking of a refund, somerfield policy is 28 days money back, my main concerne is the fan that comes on every 2 mins, i have a new born and it really does disturb her alot.
