Not much to look at really is it.

And Halifax use a really cheap plastic for their cards, you can definitely notice the difference in the Nationwide cards and these one, feels like they could snap in half at any moment.

Just look at how card designs have deteriorated in design and quality over the years.

Cheap plastic, simple single colours with barely any thought into the image design. Even the new VISA logo looks cheap compared to the old skool version of brown and blue flag.

The Halifax Maxim Account card always looked nice. What happened to the Maxim account?

The First Direct account card. Plain black and boring and apparently even the silver print comes off the numbers. Santander. Single, uninteresting red colourway. Lloyds card with the running horse at least shows some design thought

Haha we need more cards that are like the Centurion card - Classic Black Amex design but made out of titanium. Who needs plastic?

I do like the design of my Platinum though and its just about the only card I have with numbers that don't rub off.

You've done an excellent job of covering up the card details whilst retaining the look of the card; may I ask how?
