How much did the EAs value the lady's flat at?
I'm sure it was less than the £225k she's asking for it on Rightmove.
Nobody's been able to track down the mortgage broker's development on Rightmove - although to be fair it said the valuations were done in April 2008, so maybe he just hasn't had time to get it completely finished and get in on the market.
Or maybe he decided to burn it down after all

I'd pretty much glazed over (not taken notes), but from memory I think they were: £200k, £210k, £235k, which would have an average of £215k; but I also think I remember beeny saying an average of £213k.How much did the EAs value the lady's flat at?

Beeny then said "profit of £4,500", as per usual without any thought for the EA fees etc.
Update: Just looked it up and on the site they say "Refurbished, it's been valued at around £217,500" http://www.channel4.com/4homes/ontv/property-ladder/property-ladder-cambs-shrop-3.html0 -
Also - was Beeney pregnant again?!! Surely not!poppy100
