I wonder how many people they film who then withdraw their permission because they got it horribly wrong.

If I were commissioning a programme to run for 8 weeks with 2 programmes per week, I think I'd start off with at least 25, if not up to 40, that I was following. Especially now.

oops .... pricings on the flat weren't brill.

I'm not convinced she was that bothered really TBH, so long as she didn't make a loss. Seems like she couldn't bring herself to offload it as her family had known it, and needed to make it new to let go.

For once I hope it sells soon.

I am wondering if it is 46 Barton Road, in which case it hasn't sold, although the LR data does lag a bit.

    Is the cottage finished?

Such bad finishing and you can't normally see it on tv. Cheap replacement beams (not oak), is that liming on the bedroom walls because it's leaked all over the original beams, there's dodgy skirting. It still looks like an old persons house.

What a dreadful shame. And he never even bothered to apply for the upstairs bathroom.

What I don't understand is why he bothered to go on Property Ladder if he didn't even care? He was monosyllabic the whole way through

I feel really sorry for the house. It deserved so much better than that.

    It's on now on Channel 4 + 1

You have to toss up between that and the Apprentice.

Can't wait for The Apprentice now!! I'm not usually a bit TV watching fan, but Wednesday nights now are brilliant!!

That cottage had the potential to be beautiful, and ended up looking so cheap and somewhat tacky. Did it sell?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
