I am always surprised when people buy listed properties without a CLUE as to the implications that brings.

And now he's throwing the toys out of the pram.

ha ha "criminal offence", surely he researched listing...?

I thought (could have misheard) that at the beginning it said he was an estate agent?? Did it? Did I mishear? In which case, surely that would be on page 4 of "All About Houses and Selling Them, Volume 1"

I do love the way you find the properties for us but afterwards! That's like telling us the end of the film!

Thank God I managed to close it before I saw anything. Although I guess it's still on the market.

Good evening: Haven't been called to the Head's office since I left teaching  ...guess you best ignore my posts 'till after PL is over.:D

Has anyone found the listed cottage on rightmove? (although I'm not looking until the program is finished!!)
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

The woman is starting to annoy me tho - she's a bit of a drip. She's going for a difficult layout and won't spend the £2000 for the concealed door making it easier (and a bit of a selling point :-))

Like the magnolia paint on the cottage exterior - white is so last season. ;)

Sarah's been at him with the Farrow and Ball paint too. Dig the front door and windows!

    He is a cheapskate though.

Mortgage advisor I think it was. We all know they've got no common sense.

People off the Mortgage board don't read this one, right? :D

They've paired one of the people I've liked least in the history of the show with one of the people I've felt most sympathy for.
