Yes, I'm for real. Hopefully, so are you.
And do believe me when I say that I do not take the slightest offence at your original post.
But in posting the Motley Fool article I intended to provide the readership of this forum with information that may be helpful to them.
Thank you for your apology, but please be assured it is not necessary.
I am sorry that you did not provide any facts or arguments in support of your objections to the Motley Fool's article.0 -
Why do people start these threads???? They always end up the same way0

I think I'm gonna be sick :lipsrseal- Google is your friend, use it :rolleyes:0 -
Robin_T_Cox, you can't seriously believe that typing a phrase in google and using the number of repsonses is a valid way of researching a subject. Try the following,
According to that article 42,200 people hate Vista, do a google search for "I love Vista" and you get 42,800 so presumbaly Vista must be great because more people love it than hate it.It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -

I typed "I love vista" and it gave 2,290,000 results. I typed "I hate vista" and it gave 628,000 results.0 -

From what I've heard, Windows won't be supporting XP by 2010.
And Vista might be gone by 2009.....0 -

LOL
Maybe I should change it to:
- Google is your personal statistics database, use it (if you're an idiot)
- Google is your friend, use it :rolleyes:0 -

It's you, I think, who have decided to 'go on about it' by joining this thread.
I still have not heard any facts or arguments from you or from Russ, however, that dislodge the facts and arguments in the Motley Fool article.
That is because there is nothing to argue about - the article is a complete non-story, it is just filler. And I'm afraid that the onus is on Russ and yourself, not on me to demonstrate your superior expertise by providing some facts or arguments to counter the Motley Fool's article.
I have not claimed or suggested that I have 'superior expertise'. There is no onus on anyone. So let's see your evidence. Go ahead.
Evidence of what?
I can't take this thread seriously anymore, there is someone behind a PC screen trying to argue with someone about an article that contains nothing to argue about.0
