Capital One for me closely followed by HSBC.
The people from capital one told me "to get a job" when i told them i had been made redundant just before Christmas and to "get out and find something" on another occasion. And much ruder things
HSBC are rubbish and have helped me get into stupid amount of debt when they knew i couldnt afford it, and when i needed help they told me to go away.
:mad:Debt: just my mortgage

For me it’s HSBC I will never deal with them again.
They like to have you in debt and then take you for all they can, the managed loan is the best example of this, and thank god I never had one of these.
I went through a period of probably 12 months with HSBC where I was charged about £2000 in charges, at the time about 10% of my salary in the year.
Whilst I should have kept closer tabs on my account they were over the moon with this situation.
Anyway I have left them now and they will never get another penny from me.0 -
Nat West here too - although I did manage to reclaim £2,250 in unlawful bank charges :j

Any financial instution that puts its interest rate up to a stupid percentage that even a loan shark would be proud of whilst trying to maintain the face of being a respectible lender.

Rossendales. Nasty, neckless, weirdos. Hate them, and should I ever get one wish, I'd ask for 5 minutes alone with the head man, in a darkened room. Just me, him and my spoon.......This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!
Current Pay Off Target : £1500 :mad:0 -
