They are obviously in some kind of trouble. Perhaps their experience in Ireland and the limited population there and cosequent less demand for vouchers gave them false optimism for their break into the Uk. It appears they need some time to get things back under control. Whether they will or go under - only time will tell !

I'm still waiting for one ordered on 27th July, as well. They say it's lost in the post and they'll send another out to me. Also waiting for one from the 16th August. As far as that one's concerned, they say there's a backlog from the 14th August. Strange, considering people on here who ordered after me (22nd August, for example) have had their vouchers. I've got enough points to order another £10 voucher now, and my OH is on around the £16 mark.

Oh, Kelly's off sick btw. She's the one who sorts out the vouchers. So, when they have thousands of vouchers ordered, she's the one who has to stick them all in envelopes, etc.
In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

I am having this problem. I placed a number of orders through ASOS & am owed over 1000 points. I have emailed them many times and finally they have decided to give me some points :j but not enough
All I can say is if you haven't already send them your email confirmation and include a section saying if you dont get your points you will contact which ever site you shopped at and complain. I think you may then get somewhere, kind of worked for me!

Still waiting for my vouchers ordered nearly 2 rmonths ago as well but I have faith!

I have also placed an order with ASOS and been told that my order didnt originate from pigsback.....when i know for sure it did!....so they are refusing to honour the points earned. i also shoped with a few other sites and had points issued within 24hours so the only problem has been with ASOS.... strange!
  • Thats funny about the CD wow vouchers, as I still have them available in my rewards. Plus I ordered one last night after you said they had gone.
The other weird thing in my rewards is that there is a second CD wow voucher to claim for 0 points. Im too scared too click on it though and order a free one as you know what there like with deleting accounts!
