People not getting their vouchers
Certain popular rewards being discontinued
Competition piggy points being reduced
No answers to emails

I clearly see a problem at Pigsback !!!

Do we continue to save our points? E.g I have £20 in mine now and there is nothing of interest for me in the rewards except for the Blockbuster unlimited yearly rental and i have quite away to go there.

If i continue to save and pigsback pulls the plug i know i will lose out?

Well story form me is this.

Ordered 28th July £10 love2shop voucher. It never turned up, first they told me to contact PO, then they said they had problems with vouchers and have to manually input them due or so they claimed some people being claiming points when they wasn't entitled to them. They gave me points back and said a new voucher would be sent out, none was received.

Ordered 22nd August £10 love2shop voucher, to date it hasn't come
Ordered 31st August £10 love2shop voucher, to date it hasn't come

I got an email from them on September "Due to high demand (these are popular rewards!) we have temporarily run out of stock. However, you’ll be glad to know that we’ve ordered more and your voucher should be on its way to you soon."

When I placed order for vouchers there was never any mention of it out of stock.

To date I have had begger all from them not even any free stress piggies which I ordered in June

My entire family are still waiting for vouchers from about the 14th August - 18th August.....we'll see if and when they turn up

Nope, me neither. Add to that the snotty email I received in reply to a polite enquiry about the voucher ordered on 30th July but never received, is leaving a very nasty taste!

Waiting for a CD-WOW voucher I requested on the 12th, but I don't hold much hope! Can you spend these on anything at CD-WOW because it says 'CD WOW! Voucher worth £8.75 on top 75 Chart CDs' ?

I did get 30 squeezy pigs though a while back though! Which are sat in a box doing nothing...
