I think Pigsback are out of their depth, on a lot of fronts.........e.g. half of the time their competitions have no questions, but you can quite happily cycle through the answers until you found the right one amongst the three possible ones, then get your 10 or 20 points credited.

But why collate points? I applied for a £10 voucher (1150 points) back on August 8. When I asked them by email on August 28th when I should expect the voucher, I got some convoluted answer, indicating it should be with me within 14 days. Well, the fourteen days are up, and they are not responding to my further emails.

I will give it a couple more days, then report them to Trading Standards because it looks as if they are operating under false pretences.

I don't see how Trading Standards can get involved if no purchase has been made. I don't even think there is any legislation covering 'reward programmes'. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

There is a precedent set about a Company making "Universal Offers" which if one has met the conditions of the offer then the other party must adhere to the offer.

That said I have had 2 vouchers from Pigsback - no excessive delay. Awaiting my CD wow voucher now - ordered it day before yesterday. Heres hoping.
