Mike, experiences with replies from PB to our emails are very varied. Mine are poor to bad.

Anyway, rather late in the day, but presented here mainly for the sake of my obsessive personality, and with thanks to the good Lady Jules, is the crossword screengrab for Wednesday:

erm just had the pb sizzler email, not much excitement going on in it but i did notice on the right hand side it tells you your current point, it said mine was 220 when infact i have 880, i checked my account just incase and it does say 880 but beware it may mean i have points being removed for some reason
Yeah, my sizzler said I only have 210 points although I have a lot more than that. What are they up to now?

Seems a general problem with the email to me. My account shows 700+, but email shows 210. OH has told me that his account has 2000+, but email shows 210.

I've just joined pigsback to see what all the fuss is about and read over quite a few of the previous posts.

The above quote regarding the address is quite interesting as the research I did on the company came up with the following - the only reason it really caught my eye is cause I live literally round the corner.

Hmm. (Again). My total on the email is gievn as 210. I actually have 1055. I would guess it's some duff programming in the email template. You would think it would be thoroughly tested before being used for every (?) member.

  • just checked - my total on the sizzler email is correct - maybe they send the emails out in batches and noticed the mistake and fixed it.

Let's hope so! Sounds very plausible.

  • I placed a fairly large order via Pigsback to a partner sites, I was definitely logged into the site and it stated before I clicked the link I would credited with points within 28 days, however despite 12 emails over a 2 moth period to them to try and clear this up (only ever had 2 responses), they are now refusing to issue my points - this has been going on for nearly 2 months!
I had never heard of the site until it I saw it on Pigsback, and placed my order, so there is no way I placed my order without the Pigsbacks sponsor link.

I have used other sites when placing orders and have always got my points, it gives me no incentive to actually use them for any further purchases through them!

I checked for your Member ID in the system, and I'm afraid there is no record of a purchase via Pigsback.com, from your account.
Unless Pigsback.com track the purchase as originating from the offer page, we cannot issue any PiggyPoints.

Please make sue you are logged into your own account at the time, and that you complete the purchase on-line, before you log off.

If you have any further questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel

I am having this problem. I placed a number of orders through ASOS & am owed over 1000 points. I have emailed them many times and finally they have decided to give me some points :j but not enough
All I can say is if you haven't already send them your email confirmation and include a section saying if you dont get your points you will contact which ever site you shopped at and complain. I think you may then get somewhere, kind of worked for me!

Still waiting for my vouchers ordered nearly 2 rmonths ago as well but I have faith!

Do you have ad-blocking software (eg Norton internet security) on your computers? If so, then that might interfere with the transaction tracking
