I emailed them asking what was going on with my £10 voucher as Its been more than 14 workin days even taking into account the bank holiday. I just got this back:

There were some delays in issuing vouchers due to stock problems and also the fact we had to cancel some member orders.
However your order has been posted and sent so you should expect it shortly. I am sorry for the delay, however we are working to resolve these issues.

All mail sent from Pigsback.com is franked so if any is not delivered it should be sent back here within 4/6 weeks.
If any mail is sent back here you will be contacted immediately.

I am starting to lose hope of seeing the voucher i ordered.
is everyone else geting their emails from rachel mallon ? and what is franked when its at home?!

franked means they stamp it themselves with an encoder and their details are on the envelope for the p.o. to return to them.instead of a stamp it will say 1st or 2nd in the corner.
my emmails are coming from D**** D***** not R***** M****** but are just as unhelpful as yours.

I rather Pigsbank send voucher by recorded delivery even it they increase the points say 100 more. I lost faith in the system when I never got mine which they first claim to have sent, then it was out of stock and problems with some people or so they claim trying to get more out of them than they perhaps should be.

They claim they would send another voucher out but that hasnt turned up either.

People who are complaining about not receiving points for winning quizes - they do know that only the rustlers quiz awards 1000 point prize?? The other quizes automatically give you 10 or 20 points (depending on the quiz) and the "winners" names that are displayed are purely for the sake of putting a name there - you don't actually "win" anything on them.

Hang on in there .... Ive been using Pigsback for a couple of years now and have always got the vouchers, they were posted from Dublin. Not sure whether it is different depending on where you are located, im in Northern Ireland.
