Yes, my OH won a number of points on the jelly bean comp. This was covered in the earlier (now closed) thread.

Must say I am disappointed that the vouchers have been withdrawn. As said before, hope it's a temporary thing.

Why do they refuse to communicate with their members, just to make it clear what's going on?

Hi, I won the 1000 points on the Rustlers quiz just over a week ago now and got the points immediately!

I ordered my £10 voucher straight away and I am glad I did because if they have now been withdrawn then I see very little else on there which I would be interested in. Has anybody tried contacting pigsback to ask about these vouchers?

This is really upsetting for me. I have been collecting points for the vouchers for a charity I volunteer for (as mentioned previously). They aren't going to be able to buy much food or toiletries with a Blockbusters voucher now are they!
If the vouchers don't come back I think I will have to order the CDWow vouchers and use them to buy gifts for people I would need to buy for anyway - and donate the cash equivalent instead.

Firstly, I applied for Love 2 Shop vouchers back at the end of July. Following the 14 day delivery period, i hadn't received the vouchers. I sent a very brief polite email to them, enquirying about the vouchers. I received a very nice reply back, appologising for the delay, and explaining they had run out of the vouchers at that time. They did however, refund my 1150 piggy points, and then when the vouchers came back into stock, i recieved them too. This did only happen for one of my three ordered vouchers, and to date i've had no word about the other 2x£10 Love 2 Shop vouchers i've requested.

Secondly, regarding prizes. I have recieved two lots of 1000 points as rewards for competitions on the site. On checking my piggy account, i have an entry for "+1000 Daily Trivia Quiz" and another for "+1000 Win 1000 piggy points in our daily trivia quiz" Both of these were credited on the same day.
I have no idea if i only actually won one of the quizzes and was credited twice in error, or if it's for two different quizzes - i didn't want to query it in case they cancelled one of them I would assume one was the Rustlers prize, and the other the daily trivia quiz based on the latest movie release.

I got this email from them on 22nd Augsut about my missing voucher. I got recredits the points but no voucher. I currently have two vouchers on order and none have arrived as yet.

Unfortunately, due to stock issues there has been a delay in posting the £10 Vouchers. We expected them to be delivered by the end of last week however as this does not seem to be the case and also it has been a couple of weeks since they have been ordered we will refund the relevant PiggyPoints and arrange for the Vouchers to be sent out as originally requested.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and confusion caused and hope that the PiggyPoints refund makes up for any annoyance and inconvenience the delay caused.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the refunded Points to show in your account.

I had same problem a week ago it was only taking £3.00 off when redemmed. I tried it yesturday and worked ok, so give it another go, it takes 24 hours before you can reuse a code if you have already inputted it then changed your mind for the code to be available for re use - hope this helps.

I am looking for a UK telephone number for Pigsback. I'm fed up waiting for them to reply to my emails. Vouchers outstanding since the 2nnd July.
