I have two love2shop vouchers due. Ordered one on 31/8/2005 and the other on 22/8/2005 neither so far arrived. I had to reorder one because it failed to come, that was ordered on 28th July.

I ordered one on 27th July that hasn't arrived, how do you reorder it? I've heard they just advise you to check with the post office if vouchers don't arrive.

I emailed pigsbank and first they told me to contact the PO the very same person emailed again the following day using another email address I used and claimed that they were awaiting stock. After about a week after they told me to contact the PO, they then credit my account so after 3 weeks wait, it was all in vain just got the credits back but they gave me the impression that another one was on the way despite being recredited. Somebody else in the other long post also got recredited and a new voucher.

Hi,i ordered mine on the 27th july and emailed them on the 23rd august to say it still hasn't arrived,they said they were low on stock but would give my points back and still send my voucher.I have my points but still no voucher and no reply to my last 2 emails.
