What's For Tea Tonight?

The cupboard is bare, the freezer is almost the same way. Found an undiagnosed packet of fish in there but with another house viewing booked I don't really want to leave the house smelling of fish tomorrow.
I have some chicken breasts, some passata and a few shallots, about a spoonful of sour cream and I think I have some pasta left.
What's everyone else having for tea so I steal some inspiration?

Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Turkey stir fry to use up all the veggies that we've got: broccoli, spring onions, peppers, carrots, mushrooms. And the turkey was of the yellow sticker variety in Tesco. Split the pack up into about 3 separate meals.Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0

You have the makings of a delish creamy chicken casserole there - served on pasta, what could be nicer?
I've just made veggie lasagne with a packet of Beanfeast, which hubby looks fairly unimpressed about as usual. It would be much nicer with real mince, so it's his fault anyway! I had four large closed mushrooms to use up (you know, the tasteless ones ), and the remains of last night's salad, so that seemed the best thing to throw together. Might make some garlic rolls with the last few Warburtons sliced that I got reduced last Saturday (if they pass the mould check test), and some garlic powder and dried herbs. If I was a proper cook I'd have fresh of both, or at least garlic puree, but I'm not so I haven't.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe
