Not sure what I'm having yet. There's quite a bit of green cabbage in the fridge that I'd like use up but I'd like to do something more interesting than steamed cabbage - anyone got any bright ideas? I've got some mince in the freezer so perhaps I could stuff them?

I like cabbage stir fried with a bit of ginger and some crispy bacon tossed though it and dressed with a little sour cream or yoghurt. Yum

    I've been Money Tipped!
Chopped cherry tomatoes, chopped red peppers, basil, crushed garlic drizzled with olive oil and some S+P roasted up in the oven.

Home made macaroni with country ham chopped up and thrown in. Roasted tomatoes and peppers on the side.
