SSL - Congratulations - what happens about selling yours now? Here no-one takes you seriously until you have sold you own so I am curious?
Well, I've sold several houses, but this is the first time I've bought before I've sold. A lot of people do it that way round. My preference would be sell first but this was too good an opportunity to pass up. The market is still very bouyant here. 2 houses nearby have sold within 10 days, so fingers crossed. Last time I was exceptionally lucky and sold within one day. My cousin is an estate agent so he's coming round tomorrow, he'll draw up a schedule and I could be on the market on Thursday  Also, because the owner is deceased, its an executor thats dealing with the sale, so as long as they know they've sold, I dont think they're that fussy.0 -

I could cry!!! I have just done the spending diary thingy for this month. Now OH has a very well paid job and I always wondered why we never seem to have any money, well now I know. I have split down all the receipts into different categories and I am shocked at the amounts that total up. Now I just have to try and work out how to cut backMay Grocery Challenge £254.16/£3200
