Pigpen! I bet you want to throttle them! It would have been picked up years ago if they had listened, but oh no. I mean got to see it from their poin of view, it's not like you have spent each and every day with him more or less since birth. And how would you know what is 'usual' for a child having so little contact with children.... Hope he starts to make some progress finally. I wonder if a huge family holiday would make a difference to his life? ;)

Exactly!! I've been jumping up and down since he was 3.. he is now 12!!!! .. and we spent 18 months trying to get him on the waiting list and he has been on that 2.5 years!!

A huge family holiday would kill me.. I told them after our last holiday if they wanted to go again I'd be staying at home.. DS2 wandered off about 4 times a day, DS3 wandered off only 3 times a day.. hubby whinged incessantly.. DD1 had PMT.. the 3 little ones wailed constantly cos they were shattered because they weren't sleeping.. it was freezing and rained.. NEVER again!!!

The upside was.. my sis picked Tiddles up so I got an afternoon wandering round town on my own.. I bought a new eye pencil, 3 nail polishes (3-4-2) some hair straightening stuff and a large bakewell tart!! I now have £123 in boots points!!

SSL - Congratulations - what happens about selling yours now? Here no-one takes you seriously until you have sold you own so I am curious?
Pigpen - at least he is now in the system and getting more support
Vanilla - hope you feel better soon. Difficult dealing with sleep apnea (sp?), such an illogical and frustrating condition
Tia - fingers crossed for your offer

Jeez pigpen....don't they just drive you INSANE!

You can all officially call me stupid. Our grass was very long...you can probably guess the rest! I decided to get the mower out of the shed and let the children mow the grass. There were three bikes, a load of wood, a cycle rack and goodness knows what else on top of the mower. So it all came out one by one. Children did a fab job of the grass. Then everything had to go back in the shed. My wrist hurts. I know, I know i'm totally bonkers but it was annoying me and it's always raining at the weekend so DH can't do it.

I've done all my list though and a load of extra stuff. Where's my halo???:rotfl:

Before the budget we were paying that for diesel. It's gone up to 122.9 a litre - over the past week it's gone up about three times, so it might even have gone up again! Just as well there was no more tax put on it eh? ;) Trouble is I've got nowhere to keep a horse and cart :rotfl:

HOW much?????? Where are y'all? I've just filled with petrol for 106.9 this evening. Mind you, that's in a small village and is 3p a litre cheaper than locally

Congratulations. That's quick. Didn't you only put the offer in yesterday? Is it true there's no gazzumping allowed in Scotland either so the seller can't pull out at the last minute because of a better offer? (or maybe I'm thinking of somewhere else :D)

Technically I only put the offer in at 0930 hours this morning ;) Things are so much quicker in Scotland. Yes, thats true, no gazzumping but sellers can pull out before the missives are signed. Its rare, but it does happen. The only reason I know about it is because it happened to my Mum and Dad. My cousin is coming round tomorrow. I'm not sure how quickly my house will go on the market...possibly first viewing on Sunday

I've calmed down now. Thank you all for your congrats :D I found 4 easter eggs in the garage so have just scoffed one. I've worked hell for leather since last posting. My bedroom is ready for viewing. Kitchen and LR are ready, just need a quick S&S. Bathroom needs a good clean as I've been neglecting it. DD is in her rooom sorting it out and I am having a coffee and catching up with posts and trying to calm down a bit more ;)

(((witchypoo))) hope you make the concert

    Hugs Pigpen.

Right back home from work (obviously!). Not that much was achieved today. There was a power failure overnight so computers had to be gently brought back up which took about an hour. Then one of mine had failed totally through the shock of it all so I had to pinch someone elses when they weren't looking. Then, about half an hour after that, the electricians came down the corridor ordering us to 'switch off NOW'. Apparently something was burning out somewhere  Finally got the systems back up at 3pm. So, effective work achieved today - about 1.5 hours!

:cool:ORF ops - has anyone logged in successfully today? I've had two say they haven't - but I did manage at work but then I have administrator access. A simple yes or no by pm would suffice:cool:

SSL - well done - did you not only look at it for the first time yesterday!?!

Er Sunday...I can be prone to impulsive decisions ;) It's just the next street away, 4 doors up from my aunt. I know the street really well
