I'm a member of the UK SIms 2 boards and the general advice if anyone loses their keycode is to contact EA Games support (thesims2.eagames.co.uk) , who can assist you.
I would suggest the same with the other game (whoever the manufacturer is).
In addition, in future I would also suggest that you either remove the manuals from the cases, or note down the keycode somewhere and keep it safe...just in case.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Thanks to all of you.
The instructions got me to the Harry Potter serial number, so that is now safely installed and another copy of the number written down.
However, I can't get to the Sims 2 one. I can only find a number that is too long,a nd doesnt seem to be from SIms 2.
Interestingly enough all I can find is Sims 3000 which we have never had!
I will try the direct route to EA games for a serial number.0 -
