Thanks again sarlouben. Yes i considered that maybe ive gotton used to the smell because this happens often with perfume oils so i usually tend to ask my sister or someone, but i think what happens with this one is the citrusy scent goes away and your left with a spicy scent, its not strong but if i sniff it i can smell. To be honest even then its very very light, im talkin about a good sniff lol.

    Hi,

I often read this thread & enjoy everyone's interesting posts. Now that I'm really, really low on my favourite perfumes (& even lower on disposable income!) I'd like to try some perfume parlour oils after reading great reviews & recommendations on here.

I've looked on the site but I can't seem to find a "smell-alike" for Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue for Ladies or for Chanel Allure for ladies. Does anyone know if they do these or am I just blind & not seeing it? If so, has anyone tried them & what were they like please?

I've found my absolute favourite (Armani Code) so I'm really pleased about that but I'd like to order the 3 together.

Also has anyone tried their Fendi smell-alike please? My friend loves this, is running low & said it's hard to find? It's her birthday in June so I thought I'd order that for her too. Will get the smallest versions of all of them to try.

Also, what works out the cheapest way of ordering, is p&p per item or one amount for whole order?

Sorry for all the questions, I have looked on their website but I've found it a bit confusing. Tried ringing the number on their website but message says its "unavailable" so I e-mailed them to ring me which they kindly did but I couldn't take their call when they rang. Probably just me, I work late shifts & after a run of them my brain is like MUSH.

Hope it's ok to post, I'm still terrified of being reported or upsetting someone, seems like there's quite a lot of "falling out" on some threads.

    Thanks for reading. x

Allure and light Blue are both there on the list.
Allure is called "Alluring", Light Blue is "Sky" but its currently out of stock. I haven't tried either of these, I get my Light Blue from Milton Lloyd.

If you order 3x 3ml bottles as you're thinking of doing you can get them for £6 + £1p&p, so 3 awesome perfume oils for £2.33 each!! Can't be bad, eh?
If you go to the Women's Oil page and scroll to the bottom of the list there is a drop down menu where you can choose which offer to take advantage of. P&P is free over £10.

Ask as many questions as you like, there are no stupid questions and we're all very nice over here on this thread :D

Brilliant :j Thanks sooo much Sofababe :A.

When I've finished this post I'll go straight over there & order the Alluring, Army Cool & the Fendi for my friend.

Just had a quick look & saw Sky but still can't see Alluring on the list (even though it's in alphabetical order!).

I'm sure you are all very lovely here. I've never registered or posted on any kind of forum until I joined MSE last year. I'm not sure about the etiquette of forums etc. but feel I may have blundered by not "introducing" myself in the appropriate way (only spotted the "Getting to know you" part after I'd done a couple of posts & I am really cautious about divulging personal info.(after some very frightening personal experiences) & most people do seem really friendly but on occasions I'm really quite shocked by some negative/aggressive posts & would hate to offend/upset anyone by putting the wrong thing in the wrong place (Ooer missus!). Occasionally pop into "The MoneySavers Arms" part of the site with the intention of maybe "ordering a drink" & joining Discussion Time but usually leave pretty promptly without doing so!

Thanks again, really kind of you to help. :)

    Hi, again, Sofababe!

Forgot to ask, what is the name of the Light Blue "smell-alike" you order from Milton Lloyd (another brilliant tip as I'd never heard of this site either but had quick peek & look good, so thanks again). x

Its called Summer Sky. I usually get mine from eBay as they're usually cheapest there. I'm about to order another for this summer myself. Its a perfect copy and only £3.99. Bargains galore :money:

All the Chanel-alikes on Perfume Parlour are listed with only their PP name, no mention of "notes similar to" (something to do with them getting the hump). Alluring is below Alienate (Alien) on the list. Alluring Sense is Allure Sensuelle. There are some more Chanels further down which are pretty easy to decipher the names.

    Thanks for that Sofababe.

Think I managed a successful order to PP earlier this morning so will report back when I receive it. Can't wait

Yes, I'd like some more for summer but sadly had an email couple of hours ago that hours at work have been cut so will hang fire for a while & see if things improve before I spend any more money. I like Light Blue for Summer & Aaaarmani Code for Winter & evenings all year round.

    Thanks again. x

    Hello people.

I think you shoud check this website out: alnoorperfumes.co.uk

They sell perfume oils and sprays, there prices are very good, 30 ml womens spray for £4.00 and mens for £4.50 i think. There wholesale price is very good aswel £10 for 100grams as they have written.

They dont have many perfumes listed but as you can see the prices are very good.

I got a bottle of Love me, Love me not by Nu parfums.. from a shop called Beauty Base from Westfield Stratford, London .. (I think is one in the White City too!) It is an absolute dupe for Amor Amor by Cacherel and I only paid I think £5 or £6 quid for 100ml and it is an eau de parfum! The box is red and the bottle is red too.. looks a lot like the amor amor one and smells so similar! I was in Boots today and smelt the amor amor and couldn't believe how similar it is to the Love me, Love me not fragrance! :D

I've just remembered they have a website too incase you're not in London:
    http://www,beautybase.com

I checked and they sell it on there but there is no picture. It comes in a red bottle with a silver cap with a daisy on!
