try putting the option to collect at station or get them delivered to a friends house or your grans or your brothers or whateveer but hurry!!!!

well i ordered tickets on wednesday, paid for next day delivery as I'm travelling today (friday), and the tickets didn't arrive.

I had to call them, hold the line for 35 minutes on an o870 (saynoto0870 didn't have an alternative), only to be told to phone another number.

They have now faxed my ticket request through to my departure station.
