my dad would like one of these and would want to use it when he goes to france. are you able to download/buy french maps to put on it? If so, does anyone know how much?

Google tomtom european offers they are available brand new for£45
  • i think i mentioned in one of my other posts about iphone clones and the company digizo.co.uk. It seems they do sat navs at around 70, quite a lot of features as well but no popular brands. I haven't actually bought one but i think its worth a look.

I am looking for a Sat Nav, which we can set up a multi-drop itinerary from adding postcodes and get the Sat Nav to calculate the best/shortest/fastest route to encompass all drops? similar to a courier might have.

Our old Tom Tom one lets me add postcodes to an itinerary but then automatically wants to navigate from the first to the last in the order they were inputted.

Is there a non commercial Sat Nav which isnt too expensive that has this feature?

I have googled and havent had much luck

    Many Thanks
  • As far as I know it's nice to use Sat Nav. And I feel Tom Tom and Garmin's are really good. I came across some sites while searching the best deals for sat nav and other mobile accessories in UK & got really good ones with great deals. Garmin Nuvi 205 worth £64.03 with better services.
