    hiya guys, going through some stuff at the mo so I am off the wagon, so to speak, food wise. I know this is a problem that I constantly battle with so a kick up the bum would be helpful please, still maintaining my weight, but only just:mad:

    good evening roomies - just thought i'd stop by before i go to work. am on night 6 of 7. have been doing really. have weighed in today instead of tomorrow cos we are having a take away tonight!

    have lost 1lb!! woo woo - that puts me at 15s 1lb - my lowest yet!!!! gonna do 20min on xtrainer before i get in shower. feeling my most positive in a couple of months.

    well done on all the losses guys - keep going

    No, I don't have a morrisons either but Mr S is doing Shape Lasting Satisfaction yogurts pack of 4 1/2 price (74p) so bought lots of those instead!!!
    Feeling very positive at the mo - went to an old works reunion on Fri and it didn't cost me a penny - a great night out I think!!!!

    I apologise if I am not allowed to post this here. If I'm not please feel free to delete - but I'm finding a lot of support/good advice/recipes etc on the Slimming World forum on the ivillage site.

    I've got 8 stone to lose and they really have got a lot of advice there.

    red day today. I've got a big piece of beef in the slow cooker which we're having with vegetables tonight.

    Scales looked slightly hopeful when I sneakily got on this morning but I need to wait until Wednesday to see if there has been a downwards shift.
