good evening roomies - just thought i'd stop by before i go to work. am on night 6 of 7. have been doing really. have weighed in today instead of tomorrow cos we are having a take away tonight!
have lost 1lb!! woo woo - that puts me at 15s 1lb - my lowest yet!!!! gonna do 20min on xtrainer before i get in shower. feeling my most positive in a couple of months.

No, I don't have a morrisons either but Mr S is doing Shape Lasting Satisfaction yogurts pack of 4 1/2 price (74p) so bought lots of those instead!!!
