Did our first transaction through Quidco with Churchill back in February, which tracked on the same evening. Date for payment was March, then April now end of May. Not very reliable it would seem. Is the payment date going to change again? Status has not changed, raised a ticket and was told payment schedule has changed and would hopefully be paid in April or May (not happended as yet). Disappointed.....will it pay out?
Think in future will stick with topcashback which has paid out £350 in 3 months to us;without any problems whatsoever.

I understood it that generally the companies only pay an affiliate fee to the site if the pol is set up.

My understanding is they pay for every quote produced

Churchill and Direct Line have the same parent group- namely RBS

Be careful though as the assumptions are not the same. DL allow 2 claims in the past 3 years, Churchill don't allow any.

Just a follow up to my post at 1 above. The £100 has been received by Quidco and is sheduled to be paid to me in May.

Pitty Churchill no longer appear on Quidco but it has taught me a lesson - grab the opportunities while they are there because they may be gone tomorrow.
    Regards

I did Churchills home insurance in January, After numerous tickets, it never tracked until March, and as yet nothing received and to be honest I don't think I will

i went through quidco this time last year for my car insurance LTSB said it should give £120 cashback.
well it never tracked so in the end cost me more money to insure than my previous insurers
i since have used quidco but for only small amounts,it has tracked just once in 6 transactions
that was for 54p from play.com in dec last year
up to now it still has not paid so its.... me 0...quidco 6:mad:
i have done all the correct things such as using firefox and deleting cookies etc.

anyway this time i have tried saga for my car insurance which is due on 15th june
got a good deal with them and no quidco involved:rolleyes:

I was just about to change to Churchill Insurance and used the Cashback Checker on this site - found Churchill offer £50 through Cashback Junction - went there - clicked the link-through and took me to an error page! Looks like they've removed all Cashback

Not too happy with that Churchill car insurance cashback deal, I took out a policy back in March and the deal tracked fine. After a few months I asked quidco as nothing had been paid and I was told that Churchill had decided to not participate in cashback sites anymore but that this would not affect existing cashback claims and mine would be ok.

Anyhow, today I look at my quidco account and see that the transaction has totally disappeared. Don't think I'll be using Churchill again when renewal comes up and I'm not very happy with quidco as Churchill were part of sureshop but I have no way of raising a ticket or anything, shows how much that sureshop means.

Just checked mine , £100 declined by Churchill for car insurance . I am not to happy about that as I could have got it cheaper elsewhere & have been waiting 3 bloody months .

This is just not on Quidco , its tantamount to fraudulent dealing by Churchill in enticing people in .
