  • Wish id bought the £5 amazon set now, it contained a full size Amazon Forest Brazil Nut & Vanilla Body Butter £7.50, Amazon Forest Brazil Nut & Vanilla Bodywash £4 and a soap! Would've been a right bargain!
Oooh, what set is this ?What does it look like, and was it so cheap coz it was in a reduced section. I think my trouble is I miss most bargains as my eyes are trained at price tags £2 and under !!!

Permission to join the PAH! club please!!!

Handed over tweezers - SA says you can't have them as it's not cosmetics - asked her to try anyway and of course it worked. Handed over my two UG shampoo & conditioners and SA grabbed the voucher out of my basket and scanned the conditioner first, then the half price voucher and then the shampoo, leaving £6.45 to pay??? I pointed out they were on £6 for 2 and she said "Oh no - you can't have TWO offers on the same thing!". Oh really???

Cancelled that one and scooted over to the tills on the other side and asked them to put it all through. Result? £3.50 to pay for two lush products!

    PAH!!! :D

P.S. Clarins on offer in my store too - 1000 points WYB2 - no GWPs though.

I told my daughter about the glitch on the No7 foundation/concealer. She went to Boots yesterday and picked up 2 foundations & 1 concealer & handed over £5 off No7 PC voucher & the 250pts wyb No7 (thank you Sam). The woman called the manager down & they both said she couldn’t have the concealer unless she bought 3 foundations  so only being young (with not much money) she agreed to buy another foundation then she was told she could only use one voucher so she chose the £5 off. She said she was made to feel like a criminal & by the time she got out of the shop she was shaking. She got home & burst into tears as she’s spent far too much money on make up which she can’t return & I feel terrible as it was me that told her what to do :( What do you think I should do? I know if it were me I would have told them to leave it but you know what these youngsters are like. She doesn't want to go to Boots again & said she will stick to Superdrug.

But she should have got a free concealor with even only one foundation so they shouldn't have made her buy 3 she should have been able to buy 2 and have one free concealor i would definatelty speak to them about this i would return the make up to the store for a full refund after all they pressured her also bring it to the attention of cs as they shouldn't be aloud to treat her like that.
  • Hi all, need your help...Have a 250 No.7 Skincare voucher that runs out on Tuesday which is when I plan to go into Boots to use it...I'll probably get something around £6 from the mens range (I have a voucher for 100 points for that aswell) but then if its on 3 for 2 (stupid question time ;) ) It should work with the other 3 for 2 offers on skincare round the store? If so, what else is everyone loving that is good, I don't think I have any other vouchers though so I want it to be worth doing iykwim?

Well I was thinking about this myself as I have kindly been offered a 250pts on No7 skincare....so I had a quick mooch online and found this

Check out our great 3 for 2 offers...</SPAN>

3 for 2 Mix & Match on over 1000 facial skincare products
px_trans.gifBoots has the secrets to gorgeous skin with our exclusive range of products from skincare expert Dr Nick Lowe, and also your favourite products from brands such as L'Oreal, Nivea, Olay & No7. 40064.jpg

So it appears that it can be combined, I did a check by putting 1 thing in my basket from No7 skincare and then 2 olay ones and yes .com did combine them on 3 4 2. I haven't tried it instore though (hmm Thinking of combinations now!)

Thanks Yorkshirepud, I thought it was awful but I didn't know if I was wrong telling her about the glitch. Poor thing only wanted one foundation :o
