    Please help
I told my daughter about the glitch on the No7 foundation/concealer. She went to Boots yesterday and picked up 2 foundations & 1 concealer & handed over £5 off No7 PC voucher & the 250pts wyb No7 (thank you Sam). The woman called the manager down & they both said she couldn’t have the concealer unless she bought 3 foundations  so only being young (with not much money) she agreed to buy another foundation then she was told she could only use one voucher so she chose the £5 off. She said she was made to feel like a criminal & by the time she got out of the shop she was shaking. She got home & burst into tears as she’s spent far too much money on make up which she can’t return & I feel terrible as it was me that told her what to do :( What do you think I should do? I know if it were me I would have told them to leave it but you know what these youngsters are like. She doesn't want to go to Boots again & said she will stick to Superdrug.

OMG that is just appalling treatment of a customer!!

I bet if the till had spewed out a survey ticket after that transaction, they would have !!!!!! themselves... hum wonder if anyone has a spare  they could donate to vanda's dd so she could report the SA and the manager that way because TBH I wouldn't be confident in the SA getting a telling off if the manager was involved as well - definitely get on to CS and kick up a stink about this. It's just dreadful, your poor daughter must've felt so humiliated :(

It's a pity it wasn't a seasoned booter involved cos I suspect the SA and her manager might have been told where they could stick their free concealer!!!

:rotfl: yep with the rest of the reduced tat on the clearance section :rotfl:

my line lift voucher did not work for me yesterday and i didn't get it back as till cashier changed when i realised and went back and they couldn't do anything about it,

family first aid bag - both the 500points and the 750 pointers work on this along with the 1 pound off 4 spend on healthcare and 150 spend on 20 shop from acm, i just grabbed a pk of crisps to take over 20, then used points vouchers before the 1 pound off, so 19.33 paid out, 1400 ish back, even more of a bargain cos we needed one for the car!! :rotfl:

just re-read that, no my car is okay doesn't need a plaster but could do with a heatpad for its back ache from the bootsing bargains it had to carry home :rotfl:
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there

I'd have also bought one with my points instore for me and my friend whose just gone through a messy divorce from her cheating ex, to start feeling better then to find out her dad had cancer and for him to die so quick (2 weeks) afterwards.
Id have loved to have taken her for a good days pampering she really does need it and deserve it :o

    Morning all,

Just did a great shop on .com, spent £60.48 and got 2133 points :j

Going into town tomorrow to *hopefully* get a 100% gorgeous bag.... I notice Coventry arena have them so <fingers crossed> the precinct will too. Am also going to <gasp> spend some points on treating myself to the new Anna Sui perfume, I had a sample of it from the freebies board the other day and it's gorgeous :D Am also hoping to do the "3 for 1 with £5 off" on the olay hand cream, another olay and something roc with my olay and roc vouchers. Am really far too excited about my trip :o

hi again scarlett - the precinct do have the 100% gorgeous bags - or they did at the end of last week - hth xx

I am looking into buying a hairdryer that comes with a diffuser and as I have £20 on my advantage card thought I would use it up! Here are the ones listed on Boots.com: http://www.boots.com/guidedsearch/newsearch.jsp?searchArea=1&searchTerm=Diffuser&Go.x=0&Go.y=0&uri=%2Fonlineexperience%2Fflexible_template_2006_publish.jsp&classificationId=1043920&contentId=&articleId=&N=0&Ntk=all&Nty=1

Can anyone recommend any of these? Thanks!

That is SOO awful - poor kid! How bl**dy dare they! I would seriously go and create over that. And you CAN take the items back - I took both foundation & concealer back (unused) cos I tried a mate's foundation and looked like I'd been tango'ed!

What is it with these No7 women? They all seem to be hell-bent on making their customers miserable, yet all the other Boots staff are lovely!

Grrrrr - come on, let's all take your daughter on a Bootsing trip to give her her confidence back.......the SAs wouldn't dare with us standing guard behind her!
Awww freebird thank you :A I've spoken to DH about it & he's not a happy chappy lol. He is coming with me to speak to the manager  wish me luck :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
